TERMS AND AGREEMENT- I work on commissions during weekdays.
I have my Saturday and Sunday for breaks, but I still count it with my working days to help keep track of time when I start working on your commission.- Turn in time will be 2-5 weeks, depends on complexity.
Minimum is 2 weeks(14 days).
Maximum is 5 weeks(35 days).
I will make sure to inform you for delays.- Rush Commission.
A 25% from the client's total will be added if the deadline is less than my minimum turn in time.
(less than 2 weeks. less than 14 days.)- 50% Down payment required before I start working on sketches and draft.
Work will start the next day after payment has been made.
I will inform you of the estimated date of accomplishment, once payment has been confirmed.- No refunds.- Revisions will only be considered during the sketch process.
There will only be 3-4 revisions.- Commissioned works are NOT for Ai use.- Printing as merch is not allowed.
Re-selling is not allowed.
Commissioned works for commercial use are negotiable.
- Additional 80% from the client's total will be added if it's to be printed as merch and is for re-selling.
- I will have no cut from your sales.Commissioned illustration can be used for :
Twitch / Youtube / Discord/other social media platform.
(Profile/Page photo, Profile Banner, Thumbnail, Other use as a digital profile.)
As long as there's proper credit.Commissioned Streaming Assets can be used for:
